1. Overview
StitchLuxe (a software product owned and operated by iFarmer Technologies, hereinafter referred to as "we", "us", or "our") provides a boutique and custom tailoring business management system. This Privacy Policy applies to the StitchLuxe mobile application (available on Google Play Store) and the web portal hosted at stitchluxe.ifarmertechnologies.com.
2. Information We Collect
To provide our services, we collect data in the following categories:
- Boutique Account Details: Shop name, owner phone number, email, billing address, GST number, and UPI ID for collecting payments.
- Customer Information: When you register a customer, we store their name, phone number, WhatsApp contact, email, birthday, anniversary, and specific styling notes.
- Measurement Records: Numeric dimensions for over 15 garment categories (chest, waist, shoulders, neck, hip, length, etc.) in inches or centimeters.
- Staff & Tailor Logs: Name, phone number, role, salary type (piece-rate or monthly), completed work counts, attendance status, and financial advances.
- Fabric & Inventory: Fabric materials, colors, roll length quantities, cost metrics, and stock thresholds.
3. Mobile Device Permissions
Our mobile app requires specific system permissions to function. Here is why and how we use them:

4. How We Use the Data
We process collected data to operate, support, and enhance your business workflows. Specifically:
- To verify your identity during secure login via Firebase OTP Authentication.
- To manage client measurement histories and automatically display them during order creation.
- To calculate pieces completed by tailors and generate accurate payroll statements.
- To trigger transactional billing SMS or WhatsApp notifications to customers.
- To generate sales charts, revenue growth metrics, and dashboard reports.
5. Third-Party Integrations & Sub-processors
StitchLuxe utilizes verified third-party cloud infrastructure to handle critical processes. These partners only process your information under strict confidentiality contracts:
- Firebase Authentication: Provides secure phone-number validation and JWT generation.
- AWS (Amazon Web Services): Secures static media uploads (garment photos, shop logos) in S3 storage containers located in India.
- MSG91 & Gupshup: Handles transaction-triggered mobile SMS alerts and WhatsApp customer communications.
- Razorpay: Secures PCI-compliant processing for your subscription payments and renewals. No credit card details are stored directly on our servers.
6. Account & Data Deletion Policy
In compliance with Google Play Store Developer Policies, we provide simple ways to delete your shop, staff, or customer data permanently:
In-App Deletion: You can navigate to your Shop Settings in the application and click "Delete Shop Account". This triggers a permanent deletion of your business credentials, databases, customer lists, measurements, and invoice history from our databases.
Web Deletion Request: If you are unable to log in to the app, you can submit an online request for account deletion. Visit our Support Portal or email us at support@ifarmertechnologies.com with your registered shop phone number. All associated data will be scrubbed from our systems within 48 hours.
