Cancellation & Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing StitchLuxe. This policy details your rights regarding subscription cancellations, renewals, and refunds.

1. Free Trials

We provide a 14-day free trial of StitchLuxe Pro to all new boutiques. You can test all features (measurements, piece-rates, inventory, and automated messages) with no credit card required. Once the trial expires, you must subscribe to a paid plan (Essential or Pro) to continue adding new orders or editing customer profiles.

2. Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your StitchLuxe subscription at any time. To cancel:

  • Log in to the StitchLuxe Web Portal or Mobile App.
  • Navigate to Settings ➔ Billing & Subscriptions.
  • Click "Cancel Subscription" and confirm.

Upon cancellation, your subscription will remain active until the end of your current paid billing period (monthly cycle). No further renewals will be charged to your card or UPI account.

3. Refund Policy

StitchLuxe is billed on a pay-as-you-go monthly SaaS schedule, which helps cover our active SMS gateways, AWS S3 image storage, and database server infrastructure costs. Therefore:

  • All monthly subscription payments are non-refundable. We do not provide prorated refunds or credits for partially used billing months.
  • Billing Discrepancies: If you believe you have been double-billed or overcharged due to a technical processing error on our payment gateway (Razorpay), please contact us within 7 business days of the transaction. Verified gateway errors will be refunded to your original payment source within 5-10 business days.

4. Modifications to Service and Pricing

We reserve the right to modify subscription prices or terms. Any pricing changes will be notified to you at least 30 days in advance via email or in-app notice, giving you ample time to cancel your subscription if you do not agree to the new pricing.
