1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you") and iFarmer Technologies ("we", "us", or "our"), concerning your access to and use of the StitchLuxe software application and portal.

If you do not agree with all of these terms, then you are expressly prohibited from using our services and must discontinue use immediately.

2. User Registration & Security

To use StitchLuxe, you must register a shop account using a valid mobile phone number. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete details during setup.
• Keep your login credentials secure. Firebase OTP verification codes sent to your device must not be shared.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or security breaches.

3. Subscription Fees & Payments

StitchLuxe is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform billed on a recurring monthly subscription basis:

• Subscriptions are priced in Indian Rupees (INR) at ₹1,499/month for the Essential plan and ₹2,999/month for the Pro plan.
• Payments are processed securely via Razorpay. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method automatically on a monthly renewal cycle.
• If a subscription payment fails, your access to premium features may be suspended until billing is resolved.

4. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise indicated, the StitchLuxe platform, including its source code, databases, design systems, algorithms, graphics, and logo assets are our proprietary property and protected by copyright and trademark laws in India and international jurisdictions.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the portal strictly for managing your commercial tailoring or boutique enterprise. Reverse engineering, scraping, or copying layout schemas is strictly prohibited.

5. Data Responsibility

While we use redundant cloud database storage (PostgreSQL) and encryption standards, you maintain sole ownership and responsibility for the correctness of the customer names, phone numbers, and measurements entered into your StitchLuxe instance. You agree not to upload any offensive, copyrighted, or malicious file media inside the order references.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall iFarmer Technologies or its developers be liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages (including loss of profits, data corruption, or operational interruptions) arising from your use or inability to use the StitchLuxe software app.

7. Governing Law

These terms and your use of StitchLuxe are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Tamil Nadu, India.

8. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" timestamp. Your continued use of the platform after updates indicates acceptance of the revised terms.
